Returns & exchanges

Your satisfaction is our priority. However, due to the nature of our handmade products, we have specific guidelines for returns and exchanges:

  • We only accept returns if the item arrives damaged or defective.
  • If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@heavens-glow-co.net with your name, order number, and clear photos of the issue.
  • We will then provide a replacement, refund, or store credit.
  • For safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on used personal products such as body butters, scrubs, oils, or candles.
  • Custom items are non-returnable.

Shipping information

We take great care in crafting and packaging your order. Here’s what you need to know about our shipping process:

  • All items are handmade with love, so please allow 3–5 business days for processing before shipping.
  • Once shipped, orders typically arrive within 3–7 business days, depending on the carrier and your location.
  • You will receive a tracking number immediately after your order has shipped.
  • Please note that shipping delays caused by USPS, UPS, or FedEx are outside of our control. We appreciate your patience and understanding.
